Many a game has been played.

A part of working is feeling as though you've earned your fun time. So when the occasional free weekend comes along, it's entirely possible that one might go a little overboard.

And I did go overboard, with a vengence. And it felt gooooood.

It started Friday night, when I successfully managed a rental from Enterprise. Don't laugh. It's hard to rent a car from those guys. Which is why, though I requested an Echo, I got a minivan.

Saturday was a blissful beginning of sleeping in. So late that the only option to us at the Esquire diner was the all day breakfast. Such a shame.

Thence to the beach at Lawrencetown. Which seemed a little smaller than I expected. Probably because I was at the other Lawrencetown beach. The small one.

But we fixed that by going back on Sunday. With bikes. Oh yeah, the minivan wasn't so bad after all. Lots and lots and lots of trail out there: you should go.

And then... surfing! Sorta. Belly surfing. But it was fun, and fast, and I'm going back as soon as I can fix the tear the board made in my wetsuit. Aww yeah, I'm hardcore.

But wait. Did I mention? That I also rented an XBOX for the week! *pop*. Joy overload.

Pirate Babies

ARRRR!

Heh heh. If I ever get fired from the firm, that's the line I'll use. Avast! Now how will I feed my little corporate pirate babies?!
