The Spot

I'm sitting in the computer lab, editing and printing my CANS [only in law school would they anocrymize your notes: Condensed Annotated Note Summaries. What BS]. And two students are discussing the holidays... turns out they're both going to Montreal for Christmas. I know I shouldn't be listening, but it's Montreal, I'm curious.
And one of them is staying on Aylmer. That's it, I'm homesick.
Our balmy 14 degrees plunged to -1 this morning. Thankfully this plunge corresponded to the delivery of my new mitts: wool on the outside, fleece on the inside, I'm set for winter. No more frostbite, horray!
Today is the last day of class this term... it's not even December yet, but we're officially halfway through the term.
It feels like it's going fast, but then again it's only been 3 months.
